Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing B2B marketing strategies, managing campaigns, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with business clients and drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and expand our global reach. This is a full-time, office-based role. The candidate should have a strong marketing background and the ability to analyze trends, conduct research, and understand customer needs to boost the company's presence in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at growing the company's global presence and increasing client engagement.
  • Identify gaps in the current market strategy and suggest improvements to strengthen marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Create and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the company's reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and market research methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that lead to business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with knowledge of email marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
