Role Overview:
The Vice President of Sales will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives tailored to the real estate investment sector. This pivotal role involves cultivating, leading, and nurturing a high-performing sales team to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, managing a team of associates responsible for generating targeted revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Vairt's business objectives, supporting both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
- Directly manage and mentor Directors of Sales and National Sales Managers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development.
- Drive sales training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Create comprehensive sales plans and identify strategies to achieve annual revenue growth targets of 15-20% and targeted profit goals.
- Foster a consultative and value-driven sales approach to support customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct pipeline analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and refine sales enablement tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and translate them into innovative sales initiatives.
- Represent Vairt at industry events to enhance brand recognition and visibility.
- Cultivate strong cross-departmental relationships to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to the Executive Committee by providing insights to drive innovation, improve business strategy, and increase profitability.

- 10+ years of experience as a consultative sales leader, managing high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and influence high-level decision-makers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in standard office software.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
