A Day In The Life

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be orchestrating epic events that energize our territory for all our adrenaline-pumping brands You'll steer the strategic marketing direction, aligning our brands' objectives, strategies, and philosophies. Get ready to unleash your creativity by creating, planning, executing, and evaluating marketing events and programs. Integrate platforms like Music, Action Sports, Gaming, and Monster Girls into campaigns that boost sales and enhance brand awareness for the Monster Energy Portfolio.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Execute events at all levels, including grassroots, relevant to Monster Energy's sports and culture scenes and targeted consumers.
  • Embed Monster Energy in local sports and cultural scenes, developing relationships with opinion leaders to bring the brand to life through local events.
  • Share and test ideas during events with opinion leaders for marketing opportunities.
  • Activate and leverage regional and global events that align with local business plans and media opportunities.
  • Ensure proper branding and logo use at all events, approved by the Director of Marketing.
  • Manage large-scale product sampling operations at events.
  • Control assigned budgets for brands.
  • Grow social media followers on YouTube and TikTok through various activities and promotions.
  • Identify promotional opportunities to increase sales and manage promotional item inventory and logistics.
  • Collaborate with Licensing and Apparel teams to select relevant premium items for international markets, ensuring deadlines are met.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading event execution, activations, and ambassador programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, with a solid understanding of P&L and consumer insights for product and marketing development.
  • Fluent in English.
