About the department

The Obesity business unit at Novo Nordisk is dedicated to driving change in the management of obesity. Our team is committed to promoting and selling our innovative products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. The position

As an Executive Product Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Promote Novo Nordisk products to healthcare professionals in a compliant manner.
-Develop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategies.
-Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned customers, providing them with information on company products, devices, and indications, while ensuring consistent follow-up.
-Participate and contribute effectively to regional, national, and company meetings, as well as cross-functional collaborations.
-Work in accordance with Business Ethics procedures, local regulations, and company policies/guidelines.

Qualifications

-A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
-Minimum 2 years experiences in pharma company, preferably in multinational setting.
-Strong understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare industry and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
-Having experience in gynaecology or orthopaedics would be an added advantage.
