Job Title:

Production Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for providing support to the Manager Production and working closely with the manufacturing and dispensing teams to ensure planning, organizing, executing, training, and monitoring of all activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To perform related Manufacturing & dispensing operations as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with proper documentation
  • Accountable to meet scheduled operation due dates, daily run rates, Continuous Improvement Plans, etc. in a timely manner
  • To expose, prioritize and stimulate the reduction or elimination of non-value-added activities and to reduce scrap, rework, and shrinkage, and to increase yields
  • To assist by providing information needed for measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of supply side
  • To assist in root cause analysis against KPIs results for continuous improvement of process
  • Ensuring that products are packed under controlled environment, meeting all regulatory policies, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Housekeeping Standards. Assure compliance with local rules
  • To comply with security standing orders / code of Business conduct
  • Maintain Skill matrix/TNA/Master training of area staff
  • Maintain positive employee relations atmosphere

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D
  • 3-4 years' experience in the same capacity
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
