During Probation Period:

  1. Preparation and sharing a facilitation plan to support IC and partner communities.

After Satisfactory Completion of Probation Period (Yearly contract will be renewed on the basis of performance appraisal as per below Job Description):

  1. Develop and maintain the IC website and develop an operational manual.
  2. Develop and maintain offline blogging software with proper checks and develop its operational manual.
  3. Follow IC's methodology, philosophy, goals, and objectives throughout the process of facilitation of the program.
  4. Support logistic staff in preparing specifications of ICT equipment and procurement.
  5. Develop ICT awareness sessions manual for communities and build capacities of ICT field staff to deliver sessions to communities with proper monitoring visits.
  6. Support IC management by providing feedback in administrative and financial software.
  7. Contribute to Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and Institutional Development of IC related to ICT.
  8. Make risk analyses and balance time-cost ratios to focus effort on the most appropriate implementation strategies for accurate outcomes of the project.
  9. Oversee ICT support to IC partners and associated partner communities.
  10. Provide technical support in conducting baseline surveys & action research, developing IEC material, and establishing community ICT centers.
  11. Assist in occasional duties which the IC management may request from time to time.
Job Specification

Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in any well-reputed organization.

Qualification: Masters in IT or equivalent.

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: PHP, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress with a minimum of 5 years experience & Basic Knowledge of Business Process management systems i.e., ERP/CRM systems, training skills, client end support, LAN/WLAN/WAN knowledge, etc.

Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal and communication skills, good command of written and spoken English, flexible, ability to meet deadlines, team player, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.
