Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Provide support in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Handle internal employee queries related to HR operations
  • Support the HR team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects
Requirements
  • Fresh graduate or final year student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR and organizational processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
