We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR & Admin
to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the HR and Administration field. The MTO will work closely with the HR Specialist to gain exposure to different HR functions and provide day-to-day support in HR and administrative operations.

Role Summary:

As an MTO – HR & Admin, you will assist the HR Specialist in executing HR and administrative activities across Talent Acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills for a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, assist in medical insurance coordination, prepare attendance summaries, and support payroll inputs.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, prepare training attendance sheets, and support feedback collection.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, engagement activities, and celebrations.
  • Support in university outreach programs, social media posts, and campus engagement.
  • Coordinate hotel/flight bookings, vendor interactions, and logistics support.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, organization charts, and basic HR correspondence.
  • Provide support in maintaining documentation for disciplinary actions and compliance records.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education:
    BBA/MBA/MPA/BS (Hons.) in Management/HRM or related field (fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience).
  • Skills:
    Good communication, MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic organizational skills.
  • Mindset:
    Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
