Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - HR & Admin Role

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer to join our team in the Human Resources and Administration department. As a key member of the team, you will assist the HR Specialist in various tasks, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate medical insurance, prepare attendance summaries, and support payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate training sessions, prepare training attendance sheets, and gather feedback from participants.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, engagement activities, and celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to university outreach programs, social media posts, and campus engagement initiatives.
  • Book travel arrangements, interact with vendors, and provide logistics support as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports, organization charts, and basic correspondence related to employee matters.
  • Support documentation for disciplinary actions and compliance records.
Requirements:
  • Education: BBA/MBA/MPA/BS (Hons.) in Management or related field (fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic organizational skills.
  • Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
