Interwood Mobel is seeking a proactive and results-driven MTO Export Sales professional to expand our reach in **global markets**. This role focuses on managing sales for our export clients, developing strong relationships, and ensuring that client specifications and deadlines are met to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive export sales and acquire new customers in targeted international markets
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry to order placement, ensuring all customer specifications are accurately captured and fulfilled
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely production and delivery of orders
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends, adapting sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment on terms
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on progress towards sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
