Senior Sales Manager - Export Division

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our export sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing annual and monthly sales plans, identifying business opportunities through market trend analysis, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing payment collection, debtors, and customer claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  4. Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading activities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
