As a Business Developer in the HPLC field, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our HPLC products and services. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Your expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends will help position our company as a leader in the HPLC space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HPLC industry, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Present and demonstrate HPLC products and services to clients, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the HPLC or related scientific instrument sector.
  • Strong understanding of HPLC technology, instruments, consumables, and services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
