Responsibilities
  1. Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services. Coordinate order processing and fulfillment operations for prompt and accurate delivery.
  2. Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients. Assist in developing targeted marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
  4. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders. Maintain updated product catalogs and inventory levels in collaboration with product management teams.
  6. Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.
  7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  8. Portal Management: Manage platforms such as Amazon, E-bay, and PPC.
  9. Reporting: Collect and analyze e-commerce performance data to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as sales performance and website traffic. Manage new product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate details, images, and pricing.
  10. Order Escalations: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations regarding e-commerce orders. Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive online shopping experience. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
