Tajchem is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our Food Ingredients and agro Commodities Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong foothold in the Pakistani market and hands-on experience in food ingredients and agro commodities. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who has worked with well-reputed factories and understands the dynamics of B2B sales in the food and agro commodities industry.

Key Responsibilities


• Drive sales of food ingredients and agro commodities across Pakistan.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including top-tier food and agro commodities manufacturers.


• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base within the local market.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.


• Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the Food Department Lead.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of sales experience in food ingredients & agro commodities.


• Strong network and established client relationships in the Pakistani food and agro commodities sector.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Self-motivated and results-driven with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
