Key Responsibilities:


• Generate and convert leads into sales through effective communication and client relationship building


• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients


• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients


• Represent our projects with professionalism and in-depth knowledge


• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Provide accurate feedback and market intelligence to the management

Requirements:


• Proven experience in real estate/project sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented


• Ability to handle client objections and close deals


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
