About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our growing team at XPL Services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on global SAP projects, engage with international clients, and contribute to high-impact enterprise solutions.

As part of a hybrid work model, you'll have the flexibility of working remotely with occasional on-site collaboration. If you're passionate about problem-solving, code quality, and SAP best practices, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs and enhancements within SAP environments.
  • Create technical specifications and documentation based on functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for solution design.
  • Support SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, or others depending on project needs.
  • Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in international project deployments and rollouts.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong understanding of SAP standard modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, HR).
  • Proficiency in reports, enhancements, forms (SAPScript/SmartForms/Adobe), BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming (OO ABAP) and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to SAP HANA or Fiori/UI5.
  • Experience with integration tools (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
  • Previous experience with international clients or large-scale SAP implementations.
