OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our client's team. This role focuses on engaging leads, taking notes, following up consistently, and driving conversations forward.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to leads, follow up regularly, and maintain detailed notes of conversations.
- Use scripts effectively while also adapting in real-time conversations.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Build rapport with leads through engaging and confident communication.
- Track and update lead information accurately using client tools (Toast platform).
- Support the sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Big personality: engaging, energetic, and confident in interactions.
- Strong English communication skills: both spoken and written.
- Hard-working: reliable, consistent, and committed.
- Improvisational: able to think quickly and adapt conversations on the spot.
- Person-to-person communicator: comfortable with direct engagement.

- A true "go-getter" with a positive, persistent attitude.
