Role Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging visual content, and enhancing the company's brand presence. You will work closely with Khalil Ur Rahman, the Marketing Manager, to develop promotional materials, manage digital content, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote GenNex's products and services.

· Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

· Support the organization of exhibitions, roadshows, training sessions, and other marketing events.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.

Product Video Creation & Content Development:

· Create, edit, and produce high-quality product demonstration videos for social media, website, and promotional use.

· Work on scriptwriting, video shooting, and editing to ensure professional and engaging content.

· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create educational videos on product features and benefits.

· Deliver clear and concise messaging in videos to enhance customer engagement.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

· Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Upload and optimize product videos for maximum reach and engagement.

· Monitor online trends and suggest strategies to enhance the company's digital presence.

· Engage with the online audience by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages.

Coordination & Reporting:

· Coordinate with external vendors and video production teams when needed.

· Track marketing performance and provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.

· Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.

Presentation Development:

· Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations for reports, client meetings, and internal updates.

· Ensure all presentations align with the company's branding guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, video production, or content creation.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

· Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.

· Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.

Soft Skills:

· Creativity and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
