ibex. Pakistan is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department. The role involves assisting our U.S.-based clients' customers with queries and concerns, providing accurate resolutions according to defined processes via calls. We value personality, passion, and work ethic over experience, and a sense of humor is a plus.

Qualifications
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word

The salary for this position can go up to Rs. 100,000/month. We pay well for this role because we hire great people who do great work. Your past experience is less important than the value you'll bring to our team.
