Role Summary:
Pixelette Technologies is in search of a LinkedIn Profile Manager with a thorough understanding of profile optimization, Sales Navigator, outreach, and LinkedIn automation tools. This role will be central to enhancing our brand's professional network presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company and executive profiles, developing networking strategies, and leveraging LinkedIn's platform to its full potential to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for key company executives and the corporate brand, ensuring profiles are up-to-date, professional, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Manage and utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and implement LinkedIn outreach campaigns, creating messaging that resonates with different audience segments to build connections and generate leads.
- Leverage LinkedIn automation tools to efficiently manage connection requests, follow-ups, and content sharing, while maintaining a personalized approach.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track engagement, growth in connections, and effectiveness of outreach efforts, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Stay current with LinkedIn's evolving features and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and advise on emerging networking strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate LinkedIn strategies with broader marketing campaigns, content distribution, and brand messaging.
- Train and guide other team members on the use of LinkedIn for personal branding and professional networking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Profile Manager or similar role with expertise in B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn business tools, with a proven track record of driving outreach and engagement.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools and best practices for their ethical and effective use.
- Strong understanding of personal and corporate branding principles, with the ability to craft compelling profile summaries, experiences, and content.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, tailored to professional networking and social selling.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting LinkedIn insights and metrics to guide strategy.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple profiles and campaigns concurrently.
