We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and a passion for solving technical challenges. As an Associate Java Developer, you will assist in developing and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
  • Assist in the design and development of software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebase.
  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.
  • Work closely with business analysts and other developers to implement new features.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Understanding of databases (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
