Overview

Vortex is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our dynamic Customer Support team If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer support agents (chat and other communication channels).
  • Review chats and support interactions to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to the support team.
  • Analyze KPIs to measure individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with training and operations to enhance support quality.
  • Create reports and present QA findings to management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support QA role (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
