Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Karāchi, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, conducting policy reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent client management and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in preparing and presenting insurance proposals
  • Ability to conduct policy reviews and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a hybrid working environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Comfortable with technology and utilizing AI Platforms
  • Thorough understanding on claims management and the claims processes
  • 2-4 years of insurance experience with Commercial, Group Health & Group Life policies.
