Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking a Admin cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
- Oversee preparation and serving of daily lunch, refreshments, and dinner for guests and executives.
- Monitor pantry supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleanliness standards.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
- Know-how of PXBX
- Basic data entry knowledge
- MS Office and computer literacy
- Knowledge of how to use printer, scanner, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
- Previous at least 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- At least Graduate
Location: Shaheed e Millat Road Karachi
Compensation: 35k to 45k
