Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking an Admin cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Oversee preparation and serving of daily lunch, refreshments, and dinner for guests and executives.
  • Monitor pantry supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
  • Know-how of PXBX
  • Basic data entry knowledge
  • MS Office and computer literate
  • Knowledge of how to use printer, scanner, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Previous at least 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • At least Graduate
