We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack Google Ads expert with in-depth knowledge of campaign strategy, setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting. You should have hands-on experience managing international eCommerce and lead generation campaigns, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads strategies for international clients across multiple industries.
  • Manage all types of Google Ads campaigns, including Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max Campaigns, Shopping Ads, Video Ads, Lead Generation & Call Ads
  • Conduct full-funnel campaign planning and execution for e-commerce, B2B, and service-based businesses.
  • Configure and manage tools such as: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Conversion Tracking, Remarketing Tags
  • Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword research, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for ad assets and landing pages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the full Google Ads ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in GTM, GA4, and campaign tracking and attribution models.
  • Experience handling high-budget campaigns and scaling international accounts.
  • Proven success working with e-commerce brands, service-based industries, lead generation, and call-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with third-party tracking & automation tools (e.g., SEMrush, Data Studio, Looker).
  • Background in performance marketing or digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
