Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karachi South District. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and conducting training sessions for sales staff. This role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and coaching sales staff
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
