Business Developer – Tech Industry

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team onsite in Rawalpindi. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new clients, managing relationships, and contributing to the growth of our tech services (Web Development, Hosting, SEO, CMS Platforms).
Responsibilities- Generate leads from international and local markets (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold emails).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are delivered.
- Research market trends and suggest new business strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development/sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
- Knowledge of Web Development, Hosting, SEO, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, etc.).
- Ability to work onsite and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Trello, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Salary: PKR 40,000 + 3% commission on each project closed.
