As part of our growing development team, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is passionate about building scalable solutions and eager to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in building and customizing Salesforce. This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer, located in Lahore. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform as well as administering Salesforce.com, ensuring the platform's smooth operation and optimal performance. The developer will work closely with our team to support Salesforce customization, configuration, and development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with Salesforce configuration: custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
  2. Support the development of Flows, Apex classes, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning components.
  3. Help integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via APIs and tools like Zapier.
  4. Provide day-to-day support for user issues, data imports/exports, and report/dashboard creation.
  5. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  6. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and platform updates.
Required Skills:
  1. 6 months to 1 year of Salesforce Development and Administration experience.
  2. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics – Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Contacts, etc.
  4. Experience in creating Flows and basic process automation.
  5. Understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and security model.
  6. Basic familiarity with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components.
  7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
