About the Role - Outsource Tel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Salesforce Developer. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our customers, ensuring that the process is seamless and efficient. This is a critical role within our organization, and you will be working closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure timely renewals.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Salesforce Developer at Outsource Tel, your primary responsibility will be to manage the renewal process for our customers. This includes creating renewal opportunities in Salesforce, sending renewal quotes, and working closely with customers throughout the renewal process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documentation related to renewal orders and being proactive in ensuring timely renewals.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you may also take on the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute renewal strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Use customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the renewal process and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns regarding the renewal process or their account
  • Monitor customer accounts and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Work with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing for renewal orders
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings, pricing, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of the renewal process and related technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned by sales leadership

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in a renewal processing role or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
