AZ Movers is looking to hire an Inside Sales representative and Administrator.

The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and have great communication skills, both verbal and written, and is a professional team player with a personality to strive and grasp opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be someone looking to grow their abilities and be a motivated individual who is looking for future growth.

AZ Movers will provide a competitive salary to the right candidate as well as other benefits.

Who should apply?
  1. Can work Full Time from 1pm-10pm (PST)
  2. Experience in Sales
  3. Experience in customer service
  4. Fluently speak English
  5. Communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  6. Can work under high stress situations
  7. High-speed Internet
  8. Backup Electricity - UPS/Generator
Who should NOT apply
  1. If you can't verbally communicate in English
  2. If you're looking for part-time/short-term work
  3. No interest in long-term employment
  4. Living in an area with bad Internet connection
  5. No separate workspace or room

Please note the ideal candidate must be in a full-time role with job security.

Responsibilities:

What your day will look like:

  1. First point of contact to all customers calling in
  2. Provide support and assistance
  3. Call all new inquiries within minutes of receiving them
  4. Get quotes and estimates out to customers within 24 hours
  5. Send out estimates, job sheets, invoices, and other paperwork where necessary
  6. Keep customers and drivers updated during and after the moves have completed
  7. Rigorous follow-ups to customers quoted or not answered
  8. Liaise with contractors for information and estimates
  9. Other duties as assigned

Please remember this is a high-paced environment; things need to be done fast and efficiently. Please do not apply if you can't be there from 1pm-10pm Mon-Fri, and on Saturday for 5 hours.
