Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, Credit Officer, located in Multan. The Branch Manager, Credit Officer will manage day-to-day branch operations, including overseeing loan approvals, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely loan disbursements and repayments, and providing guidance to branch staff to achieve targets. The role also involves evaluating financial data, conducting market research, and ensuring effective risk management practices.

  • Proven experience in loan approvals and credit assessment
  • Strong management and leadership skills to oversee branch operations and staff
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to maintain client trust
  • Experience with financial data evaluation and market research
  • Understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the non-banking financial sector is a plus
