We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Multan. As an integral member of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
  2. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and physical.
  3. Oversee office budget and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  6. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and organizing company events.
  7. Act as the point of contact for all employees regarding office-related inquiries or needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
