Job Purpose

To ensure quality compliance during operations to support producing quality products with respect to GSK and Regulatory specifications, and to foster continuous improvement in processes.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Pharmacist, Chemist, or Science Graduate required.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in email communication.
  • Moderate use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a GMP environment.
  • Experience with SAP system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are manufactured and released according to GSK specifications, QMS, and EHS standards.
  • Collect, generate, and archive quality data and documentation per QMS, including temperature records and retention store appendices.
  • Maintain GMP and EHS standards on the production floor.
  • Support FLL OQ in managing operational quality activities and implementing site strategies within the scope of the Quality function.
  • Participate in management monitoring and IBM audits.
  • Report EHS adverse events.
  • Manage CoAs generation and documentation.
  • Oversee document retention and store management.
  • Perform IPC, area line clearance, and challenge tests during shifts.
  • Compile, review, and release batch documentation promptly.
