Supervise and motivate Sr. Team Lead Software to work collectively and efficiently. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met. Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems. Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by the employees and the managers of the company.
  • Develop strategies for the implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization.
  • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems and ensure that all departments are functioning properly.
  • Collect necessary specifications for each department and ensure that their requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies and procedures of the company.
  • Manage the purchase of software and hardware systems and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems.
  • Provide training and necessary assistance for employees involved in the implementation and maintenance of the software systems.
  • Train employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
Shift & Location:
  • 8PM to 5AM (NIGHT), Karachi
Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years hands-on experience.
Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or a related subject.

Interview will be conducted online via Zoom. Work from home until offices resume.
