WELDO, a leading organization working on multi-country reintegration programs, is seeking a highly skilled Asana Expert to optimize and manage its Asana workspace. The role involves designing, implementing, and improving project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between WELDO, its partners, and stakeholders.

The expert will also be responsible for integrating Asana with Google Sheets, Google Drive, QuickBooks, and Slack, enhancing project tracking and communication. This is a part-time hybrid role requiring two in-office days per week in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Asana Workflow Optimization:

Design and implement structured project workflows, dashboards, and automation for efficient task management.
Develop task dependencies, milestones, and standardized reporting frameworks.

Integration & Automation:

Connect Asana with Google Sheets for real-time project tracking and reporting.
Integrate Google Drive for centralized document storage and easy access.
Set up QuickBooks integration for seamless financial tracking.
Enable Slack notifications for real-time project updates and collaboration.

Team Training & Support:

Conduct trainings, workshops, and troubleshooting sessions for staff and partners to enhance Asana proficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest continuous improvements.

Data & Reporting:

Generate insightful reports for project tracking and stakeholder updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as an Asana Expert (certification is a plus).
Strong knowledge of workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations.
Experience training teams on Asana best practices.
Hands-on experience integrating Asana with Google Sheets, Google Drive, QuickBooks, and Slack.
Familiarity with multi-stakeholder project management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid role: 2 days per week in-office (Islamabad/Rawalpindi).
Flexible work hours based on project needs.
