About Division

Constellation Payments is looking for a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will play a critical role in developing strategy, setting up processes, and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, set up scalable processes, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  2. Create, update and maintain company website using Squarespace or Wordpress. Ensure website content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
  3. Design engaging graphics, social media visuals, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Oversee content creation for blogs, case studies, video content, and industry insights.
  5. Use analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials, video content, presentations and sales collateral to support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  2. Proven experience in building a marketing function in a fast-growing company.
  3. Strong expertise in graphic design and video content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  4. Proficiency in Wordpress or Squarespace for website management.
  5. Experience with SEO, lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
  6. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  8. Creative thinker with strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Salesforce.
  2. Experience in social media management and paid ad campaigns.
