The impact of your role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will have an impact on how effectively and efficiently Giant delivers strategic initiatives across departments. You will be the central force aligning people, processes, and priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable value. Therefore, you will be leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, mitigating risks, and driving execution across multiple initiatives.

The desired outcome of this will be enhanced operational excellence, accelerated delivery of high-impact solutions, and a stronger alignment between day-to-day execution and Giant's long-term vision of innovation, growth, and customer success.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as a strategic partner to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are aligned with broader business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for key initiatives.
  • Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into actionable project plans, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Present regular updates to leadership through executive dashboards, steering committees, and high-level reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects or programs, ensuring prioritization and resource optimization based on strategic business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value projects from initiation to closure, adhering to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by defining KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics tied to strategic business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans and communicating implications to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination between teams such as engineering, IT, product, design, and QA
  • Contribute to the evolution of project governance, frameworks, and tools to meet the needs of executive stakeholders.

Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally, you would have a minimum of 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. A project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is a must.

  • You can only excel in this role if you thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and are able to drive clarity and progress amidst ambiguity.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end project lifecycles — from initiation and planning to execution and closure — while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • You have strong communication and Senior stakeholder management skills (inc. C-Suite), enabling you to build trust and alignment across teams and with leadership.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, always looking ahead to anticipate risks and remove roadblocks.
  • Expert in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with extensive experience in PMO governance, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Known for creating structured project environments that enable innovation, accountability, and successful delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
