Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager
 to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining 
ClickUp dashboards and workflows
, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed 
on time, within budget, and in compliance
 with organizational standards. The role requires close coordination with engineering, design, and leadership teams, providing clear communication to stakeholders while maintaining visibility into project health.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and optimize 
    ClickUp dashboards, spaces, and automations
     to track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
  3. Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and compliance monitoring.
  4. Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
  5. Provide transparent and proactive reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and efficiency.
  7. Continuously refine processes for improved scalability and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in software development or IT.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp
     (workspace design, automation, dashboards, and reporting).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a technical role or managing technical projects.
