About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Technical Project Manager
to lead complex technical projects from inception to delivery. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients, ensuring successful execution of technology-driven initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with deep technical understanding to manage risks and drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Delivery:
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Manage expectations, provide regular status reports, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Work closely with engineering leads to ensure feasibility and technical soundness of project plans.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee system architecture discussions, integrations, and deployments as required.
  • Process & Quality Management:
  • Implement and manage project governance frameworks and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and security requirements.
  • Continuously optimize project processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams; mentor and guide junior PMs.
  • Monitor workloads and team performance; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience managing technical or software projects, with at least 3 years in a senior/project leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex technical projects (cloud, SaaS, enterprise systems, etc.).
  • Strong technical acumen—understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), system architectures, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with distributed/global teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Background in AI, SaaS, or enterprise-level product development is a plus.
