1. CRM Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Use CRM software to track interactions and maintain up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 6–9 months of experience in customer relationship management (preferably in medical billing); freshers are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Evening Shift: 6PM TO 3AM (On-Site)
2. Medical Billing Reporting Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate accurate medical billing reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
- Provide management with regular updates on billing cycles, collections, and outstanding accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of billing compliance standards
- 6–9 months of experience in medical billing; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Ability to interpret and report financial data effectively
- Morning Shift (On-Site)
