Shift Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically in the Medical Billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for medical billing clients, ensuring their goals and satisfaction are consistently met.
- Provide expert support and guidance on medical billing processes, helping clients navigate complex billing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal billing teams to quickly resolve client issues, manage inquiries, and keep clients informed of product or service updates.
- Track client satisfaction and contract renewals, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong background in medical billing, with hands-on experience in client management and account support.
- Proven success in a customer success or account management role in the healthcare or medical billing sector.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, night-shift role.
