We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, organizations, and institutional buyers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching Amanah1 apartments, and closing high-value corporate sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive bookings and project visibility.
  • Build partnerships with multinational companies, HR departments, banks, hospitals, and educational institutions to offer as employee investment or benefit options.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and one-on-one meetings with potential clients and corporate decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth buyer journey.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up and customer engagement process to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align messaging and optimize lead conversion.
  • Keep updated records of calls, leads, pipeline status, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
  • Attend real estate expos, seminars, and events to network and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in delivering high-level presentations and handling executive clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.
