
Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and a keen eye for client activities related to their upcoming outdoor campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning monthly targets, monitoring and guiding Business Development Executives, and ensuring a smooth sales-related operational functionality of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly targets of Corporate Sales Lahore division and distribute those targets into the team.
- Monitor and guide Business Development Executives on their performance in reference to their sales performance parameters.
- Ensure that Business Development Executives have a keen eye on client's activities related to their upcoming outdoor campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through the immediate team.
- Find new big corporate clients and personally pitch them brand products.
- Conduct monthly business review meetings with an already defined agenda.
- Develop department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
