ASSISTANT MANAGER DT SOFTWARE ENGINEERING & DEVOPS

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Software Engineering & DevOps to join our team. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting advanced native Android/iOS applications and cross-platform solutions.

Job Purpose

Responsible for leading the development of mobile applications, ensuring high quality and performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience in mobile app architecture, flow, design, implementation, and release.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin programming language.
  • Knowledge of offline storage and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Android Jetpack components and MVVM/MVP architecture.
  • Familiarity with third-party libraries like Glide, Retrofit.
  • Strong understanding of dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger2/Hilt.
  • Expertise in Android UI design principles and application security.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or MS degree.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 6 years in mobile app development, with at least 4 years in cross-platform development preferred.

Job-Specific Skills
  • Deep knowledge of Android SDK, API integration, UI design, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
