About the job: D365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant

You are passionate about training with a proven track record in developing content for learning and development projects. If you excel at creating top-notch course content, this role may be a good fit for you.

Note: Relocation is required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree (or graduate coursework) in Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and finalize the training strategy and plan for the program.
  • Create role-based, instructor-led curricula for D365 end users across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce.
  • Analyze training needs and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Develop and edit D365 task guides, recordings, course presentations, outlines, quick reference guides, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and process owners to develop courseware and document new business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and test exercises or demonstrations prior to training delivery.
  • Support and guide instructors during training sessions.
Role Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience creating learning materials supporting major ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in developing and editing Task Guides and Recordings in Microsoft D365.
  • Ability to assemble role-based training curricula and confirm learning strategies based on client needs.
  • Experience developing course outlines, presentations, quick guides, and collaborating with clients and SMEs.
  • Understanding of course material quality review processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with training development tools like Dynamics 365 Learning Guides.
  • Previous experience delivering instructor-led training and managing project training deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management concepts and training evaluation strategies.
