Job Title: US Sales Representative (Trucking Industry Experience)

Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Pakistan Time) | EST Time Zone

Compensation: Base Salary Rs. 100,000 120,000 + Attractive Commission

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with at least one year of experience in the US trucking or logistics industry. This role involves outbound and inbound sales, cold calling, and building new client relationships, primarily in the fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) supply chain across different states in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US trucking and produce supply sectors
  • Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound leads to convert prospects into clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare regular sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets
  • Stay updated on US logistics and produce market trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in the US trucking/logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion techniques
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
