About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong experience in Golang, PostgreSQL, and Docker Swarm to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance.
  • Deploy and manage microservices using Docker Swarm in a production environment.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of distributed systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Golang in a production environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, optimization).
  • Solid understanding and experience with Docker and Docker Swarm orchestration.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployment.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems and fault tolerance.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes (optional but beneficial).
  • Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
