Role Overview:

We're looking for a fresh, driven, and creative mind to join us as Director of Sponsorship & Business Development.

This isn't a traditional 9–5 job. It's a profit-sharing leadership role for someone who's ready to build partnerships, close sponsorships, and grow our brand presence across Pakistan — especially for our flagship festivals, concerts, and branded activations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Islamabad-based candidates only (must be able to attend meetings and fieldwork in ISB/Rawalpindi).
  • Someone young, energetic, and aligned with youth culture & modern media.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills — can write killer emails and pitch confidently to brands.
  • Willingness to network, hustle, and creatively think beyond boring sponsorship decks.
  • Prior experience is a plus, but we value mindset and enthusiasm over corporate history.

Compensation:

  • 8% profit share from every event you work on and help fund.
  • In the rare event of a loss, 8% loss-sharing is applicable — but we've never had a loss to date and had a revenue of around 5 Million in last few months.
  • You'll get to work directly with the Founder & CEO, have your own team, and handle major brand accounts.
  • No fixed salary — but potential to earn much more based on your performance and closings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach brands, businesses, and sponsors aligned with our events.
  • Develop custom sponsorship plans and proposals.
  • Build & maintain sponsor relationships.
  • Attend meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiate deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for activation execution.
  • Lead a sub-team of core members for execution and documentation.
