Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new sales leads, executing strategies, and developing business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can research the industry, identify potential clients, and close deals.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy execution and implementation.
  • This role requires strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA in Marketing Sales or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Individuals with an inclination for extra-curricular activities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new sales leads through industry research.
  2. Develop and prospect business opportunities.
  3. Execute strategies and implement plans.
  4. Provide assistance in portal operations such as content development uploads, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
  5. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Sales or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry is not required but will be an added bonus.
